ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

11am Start on Saturday 8th March 2025

All members of Boxing SA Inc. are cordially invited to attend the Association’s 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Please notify the Secretary of Boxing SA Inc. by 5.00pm on Friday 21st February 2025 if you will be attending.

Voting by Proxy Form for current Financial members is enclosed and must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than 5.00pm on Friday 21st February 2025.

Positions on the Committee which are declared vacant and any member wishing to nominate a person for a position is required to complete the enclosed Nomination Form including acceptance by their nominee and return it to the Secretary Heather Hughes no later than 5.00pm on Friday 7th February 2025.

Information for applicants regarding the positions is included with this notice. As per the new constitution all positions of the 6 committee members will be vacant.

For any notice of motion to be considered it must be placed in writing, by a 2025 financial member, to the Secretary of Boxing SA Inc not less than 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

AGENDA
1. Confirm minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
2. Receive the Annual Report of the Committee in respect of the preceding year.
3. Receive the Financial Statement from the BSA accountant PRP Accounting for the Financial Year 1st January to 31 December 2024
4. Elect the Committee for the ensuing year.
5. Consider and determine any other business that may properly be brought forward
